Getting Started

Thanks for your interest in our Cub Scout Pack!

The best way to get started is to join us at our monthly pack meetings. See our Calendar page for the next date. Our leaders will be happy to answer any questions you might have. Once your child is ready to be a scout, there are a few small things to do:

  1. Complete an online application. Note: You will required to pay a smaller pro-rated council fee. The remaining fees will be payable directly to the Pack.

  2. Get a check to your den leader for your pack membership fees. Our fee schedule is based on operating costs including Scouting BSA National dues, Chief Seattle Council dues, and costs of materials that are purchased as part of your scout's adventures. For 2021-2022 operating year, the committee has not raised rates. It has been decided that does will continue to be:

    • $120/yr First Youth

    • $100/yr Additional Youth

  3. Purchase your uniform. The easiest way is online via https://www.scoutshop.org/uniform_builder, details are below. When you are at the shop get a Chief Seattle patch, the numbers for Pack 564 and your Den number (ask your den leader for the number).

Our families are welcome to join our private Facebook Group!
